monaluvutube -I would say, save the body scrub for 2 times a week. Use body wash every day :) Body scrub is a treat for the skin.

I hv never applied body scrub on my whole body. i hv St Ives apricot srcub and i use it 2-3 times a week just on my face. i apply just a body wash on my body with a soft scrubber. so do u suggest nt to use body wash rather use body scrub every day in shower for good and soft skin.

There are Apple Cider Vinegar tablets that you can get in the vitamin section at most stores. It’s better then drinking straight vinegar. The vinegar will cause stomach ulcers over a period of time for sensitive stomachs. You get the same healing results, too.

I use a homemade shaving cream for my legs and it is fabulous. 1/4 cup Baby wash, 1/8 cup gel baby oil & 1/8 baby lotion. Shake it up and then apply to legs after washing in the shower then shave your legs. Rinse. Your legs will be so soft and supple. No need to use lotion after shaving unless wanting more moisture. It gives a very, very close shave & the skin is not tight at all. Love, love, love it. Best stuff I’ve ever used. You can make adjustments to the recipe to suit your needs, too.

you could try using palmers shea butter cream. it helps with scars in general (stretch marks too!)
