@meikoblock if you’re using a good facial cleanser it can do that on its own. to exfoliate just use a facial scrub. unless you’re willing to wash your washcloth after every single use I wouldn’t suggest it

Great video. I use washcloths, but they are only used for my face and I use a fresh, clean towel each and every time.

use a paper towel, napkin, or toilet paper :D

I only use the mint kind because the cherry flavored milk of magnesia did not work for me. I like the mint because it has a cooling affect, just like any other mask you use. So yea I stick to that one because it works for me

Hey, you said that it’s ok to use any formula..flavoured etc. Some of the flavoured versions have oil in them and a whole load of other extra ingredients so it’s best to stick to the original formula or use a generic chemist milk of mag. :)

Just make sure your towels are clean, it’s fine to dry your face with a clean towel. Pat dry gently. :)

I’m gonna have to try this milk of magnesia trick, cause like you I have combination skin through the day my skin just gets oily to oilier, hope it’ll work for me. Thanks for sharing that tip :)

    I have a question.
    Okay, I am a boy.
And like after I use Ambi face wash and scrub, I usually pat dry my face with a towel. But you said using a towel is bad? hmm how do I dry my face then?

Patti Labelle uses milk of magnesia for her oily skin as well…I told my mom about that and she’s oil free and lovin’ it!! Great vid :o )

    aw you’re so pretty

For me I found a better way to apply the milk of magnesia instead of using a cotton ball. I take a small flat paint brush an apply it the T-Zone. After I rinse it and it is ready for the next time.

I’d say it’s for any woman of color. african american women aren’t the only ones with darker skin so I’m sure you would be fine

  25. rsgem1 on March 20th, 2010 3:41 am

Is the ambi moisturizer just for african american skin? I’ve been wanting to try it but i have brown/olive skin..
