I use a olive oil and sugar rub. The olive oil leaves my skin really soft.

Also I mix a handful of mayo & a handful or more of olive oil for my hair. Tie a plastic bag on my head and leave it for as long as i feel like it. Leaves my hair shiny & soft.

I like using Honey and Brown sugar scrub for my face, feet, whole body acutally lol

thanks so much. I actually do have a few tips and I’ll have to tell you I know of a homemeade skin treatment and hair colouring thing that is homemade. It might be on that web page so I’ll look there first! thank you anyways!

a good body scrub for cellulite is coffee and oil. caffine and a deep massage stimulates the fat cells and makes it easier to break up and firms the skin.

yeah, turmeric seems to be helping me too. before I use to add honey in my cleanser too but later learned honey is good for dry skin so right now I am using turmeric n milk. I also use mud mask it helps eliminate the oil.

I use a turmeric cream on my face also and i haven’t found any product that beats it in helping my breakouts.

I also do a honey mask once in a while. it’s just pure honey on your face for about 1/2 an hour and it makes the skin really smooth. =)

i have oily skin and most people with oily skin get acne so my salon girl told me to wash face with cold water as it wouldnt aggreviate the already developing acne and it would relief the one that are already so i also wash my face with cold water only!
I use turmeric and milk cleanser on my face :)

warm water will open up pores and make it easier to cleanse, so people with oily/acne prone skin should wash with warm water.

cold water will constrict pores, thus making them less visible and skin will appear smoother.

Washing with warm water, then following up by pressing a cold washcloth to your skin is a really great way to get the best of both worlds

    :]

Cold water is great for your skin because it zaps those pores closed (or smaller…lol). That is great to minimize the bad stuff (makeup, grime, etc.) from getting into your skin. Skin is an organ so everyone should take care of it. I don’t like warm/hot water on my face either. and….I grow my own aloe vera plant…they are so easy to keep up with!
